Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Discounted products are non-refundable but exchangeable).

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received in, unworn or unused, with box,
and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (If product will be used or damaged  then your refund case will not be acceptable).

Claim/Warranty Policy

Our product has a 30-day warranty.

Products on 30% or above discounts will have no claim/warranty

Imported accessories like buckles, chains, flower badges, bow ties etc aren't included in warranty. (If imported accessory is damaged then we only offer repair and not exchange, refund or claim).

Any product having a cut, scratch, stain or forcefully damaged will not be claimed.

In case you receive a wrong/damaged product, please inform us and leave a message to our WhatsApp support team 0302 8452550 within 48 hours of delivery otherwise case will not be acceptable.

Exchange Policy

Exchange will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery date.
Products on 30% or above discounts will have only size exchange depending upon the size availability. 

We provide a very easy & smooth door-step exchange with pickup facility (Only in major cities of Pakistan).
One sided delivery charges will be applied in case of door-step exchange.
